for years I have been learning – finding movement in my body,

It’s back. —

How it feels to be free. —

When a 9-5 doesn’t define you. —

Listening to your gut & guides.—

To have movement. —

To love yourself with all the pain & happiness. —

I’m whole. 

I’m an artist. I’m a healer. —

I am my own muse.
